samurai champloo sketches

We have been playtesting the "rock paper scissors" themed game and its going well so I'm starting to do research to help with fighting poses and character designs. I've been reading a lot about the history of Jan ken lately to find out what variants have developed over the years and for some reason I felt the need to do some studies from Samurai Champloo.



I'm still not sure where the designs will lead me. The theme currently is women's MMA style characters... so something like smackgirl, g-shooto, or love impact.
